Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of placing the order.
- Delivery typically takes 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
- Express shipping is available at an additional charge. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for any delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally to select countries.
- Delivery may take up to 15 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and shown at checkout.
- We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain value or during special promotions. Please refer to current offers.
Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed, lost, or undelivered, please contact us at care.gaubliss@gmail.com with your order number.
- If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please record an unboxing video and email us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
- In case of failed delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
