At Gau Bliss, we take immense care in delivering products of the highest quality, handcrafted with devotion and rooted in Vedic tradition. As our products are artisanal and personal in nature, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy.

No Returns or Exchanges

Please note that returns and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances once the order has been delivered and accepted.

Damaged or Missing Items

We understand that sometimes, things can go wrong during transit. In case you receive:

  • A damaged item,

  • An item with missing parts,

  • A wrong product,

Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at care.gaubliss@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number,

  • A clear photo/video of the damaged or incorrect item,

  • Unboxing video (if available, for quicker resolution).

Once our team verifies the issue, we will be happy to send a replacement free of cost. Please note that:

  • Replacements are subject to verification and availability.

  • We may request the damaged item to be returned to us.

No Exchange Permitted

We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to purchase another item, please place a new order separately.

International Orders

While we currently operate within India, international shipping will be available soon. A separate international policy will apply once international orders begin.

Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

In case of any dispute, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India, and governed by the applicable laws of India. The parent entity for all legal and commercial purposes is Anayaveda (OPC) Private Limited.
